Deposit & Cancellation Policies
'Gulf Retreat' has the following policies regarding deposits to confirm bookings
and cancellation fees.
Deposits: A deposit of 20% of the tariff and no less than NZ$20.00 or
Visa/MC details (to be held) is required to confirm a booking. 'Gulf Retreat'
will confirm acceptance by mail on receipt of the deposit. Visa or MasterCard,
NZ cheque, travelers' cheque or cash will be accepted for payment.
Cancellations: The deposit will be refunded if a booking is cancelled
7 days prior to the booking. If a cancellation is not received prior to 7
days of the booking, the deposit will not be refunded. If the guests do not
arrive for the booking the deposit will not be refunded.
